Ramadan moon not sighted in Sindh, Punjab and Quetta

The meeting of the Central Royat Hilal Committee for sighting the moon of Ramadan 1444 Hijri is going on in Peshawar. Abdul Khabir Azad, Chairman of the Central Sighting of the Crescent Committee, has said that the moon sighting of Ramadan will be decided on the basis of evidence. He said that there is contact with the scholars of the whole country. Zonal committee meetings are also going on across the country to see the moon of Ramadan. The moon was not seen in Lahore Tahir Raza Bukhari, head of the Punjab Zonal Committee, announced that the Ramadan moon was not sighted in the entire province including Lahore. He said that the final announcement regarding the moon will be made by the central sighting of the crescent committee. Apart from this, the moon of Ramadan was not seen in Sindh and Quetta and no evidence was received.
