Missing Girl from Karachi Found in Lahore “Married to Kidnapper”

A teenager who had been abducted over a month prior, according to the FIR filed by her family in Karachi, was discovered in Lahore, where police allege she had married the suspect of her own free will.


The girl, who was 12 or 13 years old, was kidnapped on February 13th, according to Shah Faisal Colony police, and they had filed a FIR under Section 365-B of the PPC on the complaint of her family.


According to the police, Abdullah was named in the FIR by the family as the potential kidnapper.


The girl was discovered “married to the suspect” in Lahore after the police carried out raids in Peshawar and that city.
Korangi-SSP Sajid Amir Sadozai claimed that the girl had reportedly married the suspect with “her free consent” and her marriage papers were being verified there.
