During the holy month of Ramadan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) provided 500 free meals in just 15 days. The initiative was created to help individuals who are in need and cannot afford to buy food during the fasting month.
The initiative was launched by a local organization in collaboration with the government of the UAE. The meals were distributed to various areas nationwide, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
The free meals were prepared by volunteers who worked hard to ensure the ingredients were healthy and fresh. They prepared several typical Emirati meals, such as biryani, machboos, and thareed, and then gave them to those in need.
The initiative’s recipients acknowledged their thanks and appreciation for the beautiful deed. They claimed that receiving free meals throughout the holy month had made their lives easier and allowed them to break their fasts respectably.
