The National Games are held every two years and feature various sports, including athletics, boxing, hockey, football, and martial arts. Athletes from all over the nation can participate nationally and display their skills in the games.
The much anticipated 34th National Games will be held in Quetta, Balochistan, for the first time in two parts and under a new structure from May 5 to 23. More than 7000 athletes and officials will compete in 34 different disciplines.
The government has also promised to make all necessary preparations to ensure the event’s success, including providing the athletes with first-rate facilities.
Balochistan’s hosting of the National Games is anticipated to benefit the growth of sports in both the province and the nation. Young athletes will get the chance to demonstrate their skills and encourage others to take up sports.
