- Position: Manager Commercial Analysis (CAD)
Location: Head office, Karachi.
Requirements:
- MBA – preferably in data analytics
- 8+ years of experience in pricing, promotion, sales analytics, marketing research, finance and/or category management preferably in a retail setup.
- Experience in strategic analysis & planning and execution, performance metrics, project evaluation, commercial acumen.
- Should be Data and insights driven. Strong understanding of key data science concepts.
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate for this position must possess exceptional supervisory skills in managing teams across various functions such as business intelligence, analytics and reporting, promotion planning and execution, and stock availability.
- Additionally, the candidate should have experience in managing a Master Data, Pricing, and BOM creation team, as well as setting and monitoring margins, forecasting, vendor performance, and space management.
- The role requires close collaboration with the buying team to design sales plans, review assortments, analyze market trends, and identify changes to optimize sales.
- The candidate must also liaise with the higher management to develop strategies, examine margins, availability, sales figures on daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis, and recommend improvements for company growth.
- Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, preparing timely reporting of variances, and ensuring efficient supply chain projects such as OTIF reports and proposed PO quantity.
- The candidate should also possess expertise in stock availability and category planning for new stores, along with contract management for new contracts, contract renewal, and monitoring of targets.

2. Position: Section Executive – Front of House
Location: Lahore
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors with 3 to 4 years of experience of counter or treasury operations gained from a local or international retail organization.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that adequate numbers of tills are open and operating at any point in time during store hours to avoid queuing of customers and blocking of aisles.
- Ensures that check-out procedures are strictly implemented.
- Trains and motivates checkout personnel by cascading important information relative to their functions.
- Remits cash sales to the bank on time.
- Ensures strict control of the Point of Sales (POS) Operations.
- Attends to customer complaints, inquires and suggestions.
- Submits sales reports and bank remittances to ALC and HO Finance for auditing.
