Aoon Chaudhary, Prime Minister’s political advisor and Pakistan Muslim League (N) Central President Mian Shahbaz Sharif’s political advisor, also attended the luncheon and supported the proposal to form a new political party.
According to sources, it was initially agreed during the lunch at Aleem Khan’s residence that Jahangir Tareen would soon submit a formal application to the Election Commission for the registration of a new party, for the establishment of a new political party in the next two to three days. Jahangir Tareen, along with other political leaders, will make the announcement at a press conference.
It was initially agreed that the leaders who had left the PTI would be contacted and invited to join the new party.
