QFS Officer – PC
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and ensure the quality testing of incoming materials and finished products, collect data for reporting purposes, and conduct statistical trend analysis to identify opportunities for food quality and safety improvement. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to address product quality and safety issues through root cause analysis and other quality control tools.
Responsibilities include sampling, testing, and monitoring of product quality, coordinating with the frontline manager for corrective actions, controlling non-conforming materials, calibrating laboratory instruments, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires a degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/QM, at least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, and competencies in communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and achieving results.
Logistic Lead – Multan
The role involves managing the outflow of finished goods (FG) inventory from plant distribution centers (DCs) to distributors, ensuring adherence to protocols and documentation requirements. The primary responsibilities include overseeing dispatch planning and execution, maintaining communication with 3PL companies, managing transportation budgets and negotiations, developing service level KPIs, handling invoices and accruals, optimizing freight costs through productivity improvement plans, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and supporting audits.
The position requires a commercial/technical degree, 5 years of supply chain experience with 2-3 years in outbound supply chain, leadership and negotiation skills, proficiency in computer systems, analytical thinking, financial knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to drive results and implement change. The role directly supervises the logistics, customer services, and distribution & warehousing teams.
Assistant Commercial Controller
The role is responsible for various financial and reporting activities, including forecasting and tracking monthly and quarterly operating cash flows, compiling quarterly BSR (Business Segment Reporting), supporting the Commercial Controls Manager in statutory audits, tracking and reporting A&M (Advertising & Marketing) smart spend, updating Blackline schedules, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines, managing intercompany balances and reconciliations, processing bottler claims, and updating customer master data in SAP. The position requires a qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW, CA, CPA, or CFA, and a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Control & Reporting Asst Analyst
The Control & Reporting Assistant Analyst will support financial reporting activities, including Thailand BU HFM reporting, submission of FAS 109 US tax deliverables, preparation of lease schedules, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews. They will also assist in analyzing financial results, preparing management review files, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and PepsiCo policies, and coordinating with auditors.
The position requires 1-3 years of accounting-related experience, knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and SAP, strong communication skills, and a professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA.
