YouTuber MrBeast, also known as Jimmy Donaldson, revealed on Twitter that he declined an invitation to ride in a submarine that was set to explore the wreckage of the Titanic. This revelation came after the recent tragic incident involving the implosion of a submersible operated by OceanGate Expeditions, resulting in the death of all five passengers, including the company’s CEO, Stockton Rush.
MrBeast shared that he had been invited earlier in the month but chose not to go. He expressed his unease at the realization that he could have been on the ill-fated submarine. The tweet included a screenshot of a text message in which the invitation was extended.
