At the current rate, Brian is estimated to live for 200 years and is developing the protocol for everyone to follow in his footsteps. Upon asking about his schedule, Brian told that his day starts with a ‘Blueprints’ Program which is a 5-hour daily routine put together by a team of 30 doctors for perfect health. Following this routine for 7 months, Brian has already set a world record for reducing his age by over 5 years.

The routine starts with a Green Giant in the morning which includes collagen peptides creatine. Brian’s approach to health is based on 5 levels which include: good vs bad food, specific dietary elements, reading studies, Trial & Error based on his intuition which he does not prefer, and measuring his own data based on decisions and food.

Every day in Brian’s life is automated from morning pills to workout routine as his goal is ‘autonomous self’.
