Rolls-Royce, the UK-based luxury car maker, achieved a historic milestone by selling over 6,000 cars in a single year, the first time in its 118-year history.
The company experienced significant growth in various regions, including the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, the US, and Europe. The success was attributed to the strong demand for their entire product range, including their first-ever fully-electric series model, the Rolls-Royce Spectre.
Although there was a slight drop in sales in China due to economic challenges, the company received robust advanced orders for 2023. Additionally, they saw a record number of bespoke commissions, with customers willing to pay up to £440,000 for unique and personalized cars.
This achievement also led to the creation of more than 150 jobs, increasing the total workforce to 2,500.
