In order to strengthen its talent acquisition strategy and support the government’s ambition for digital commerce, Visa opened a new office in Pakistan. The office space was carefully planned to support a hybrid work environment, demonstrating Visa’s dedication to luring and keeping great people in the nation.
The number of employees at Visa, the largest payment network in the world, has increased noticeably in North Africa, Levant, and Pakistan (NALP) region by 15% year over year.
To design and provide the payment choices that Pakistani consumers want, the company actively collaborates with regional banks, companies, and fintech. Visa wants to promote digital commerce to benefit consumers, businesses, and Pakistan’s general economy in light of the region’s recent acceleration in moving away from cash payments.
According to Umar S. Khan, Visa Country Manager for Pakistan, the organization’s goal is to provide convenient, safe, and effective physical and online commerce processes by working with clients and partners.
With the opening of its new office, Visa is in a good position to promote innovation and introduce digital payment solutions that address the changing demands of Pakistani consumers and companies.
