Dubai’s famous Burj Khalifa is now known as the world’s most popular landmark, according to a recent study. The study found that around 17 million people visit the impressive tower every year.
The Burj Khalifa is incredibly tall, standing at 828 meters, which is three times the height of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. It gets about 22 million Google searches and earns about $621 million in ticket sales each year.
The Taj Mahal in India comes in second place, with 22 million yearly searches and about 7.5 million visitors. Niagara Falls is in third place, attracting around 13 million visitors every year and getting over 1.2 million searches.
The Burj Khalifa is a popular spot for tourists visiting Dubai because it offers a lot of different experiences, like going up quickly in elevators and seeing the city from high up. To enjoy the view from the tower, the best times to visit are from 4pm to 7pm in the summer and from 3pm to 6pm in the winter.
