National Highway Authority Increases Toll Tax for Cars by Rs 3.7/Km on Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M2)

The Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M2) toll prices have once again been increased by the National Highway Authority (NHA).  The statement states that the increased fees levied on the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M-2) were effective on August 26 and would continue to be levied for the following 12 months.

As per the updated rates, the toll fees for vehicles have been increased. The toll for cars has risen by Rs 3.7 per kilometer, bringing it to Rs 1100. Similarly, the toll for wagons has been elevated to Rs 1840.

Additionally, the toll for coaches has experienced an increase of 10.29 rupees, reaching Rs. 3,690, and for coasters, there’s a 7.22 rupee increase to Rs 2,590. Notably, the toll for trailers on the Lahore-Islamabad highway has seen a hike, now amounting to Rs 6,170.

These changes have been announced in the statement, and they mark a noticeable adjustment in the toll charges for using the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M2).
