Afghan Citizens Arrested for Travelling on Fake Pakistani Passport

Two Afghan citizens were detained by the Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) Immigration division on Tuesday for attempting to enter London using phoney Pakistani passports, according to sources.

Details indicate that FIA Immigration initiated a campaign against unauthorised travellers at Peshawar’s Bacha Khan International Airport. Two Afghan nationals were detained by immigration officials for trying to enter the country through Dubai on phoney Pakistani passports intended for London.

Immigration authorities reported that they had checked documents and discovered that they were false, including passports and visas. The Afghan nationals in custody, who are actually brothers, said they arrived in Islamabad on November 30.
