Following in the footsteps of ARY Digital Network and Serene Air, Go Petroleum announced a wage hike of up to 50% for its staff on Sunday.
While hailing the Go Petroleum initiative, Prime Minister Imran Khan asked other corporations to follow suit in a tweet on Sunday.
SereneAir’s management announced on Saturday that employees earning more than Rs 30,000 will receive raises ranging from 15% to 25%.
Salman Iqbal, President and CEO of ARY Digital Network, had already proposed a salary boost for lower-level employees in response to Prime Minister Imran Khan’s request to the corporate sector to enhance employee salaries.
