Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan frequently called for the forgiveness of debt from the international donors when the tax revenues gets cratered, the inflation soared, fiscal deficits widened, as well as the currency became devalued.
According to the reports, Pakistan has secured about $ 1.7 billion debt relief in an agreement to help the financial headwinds that has been affected during coronavirus pandemic.
