Airline CEO Works as Cabin Crew on Flights to Gulf Countries

The CEO of Lufthansa Airlines, Jens Ritter, tried something different to get new ideas. He worked as part of the cabin crew on a flight from Frankfurt in Germany to Riyadh and Bahrain.

He talked about his experience on LinkedIn, saying that it’s good to look at things from a different angle to learn new things.

Even though he has been part of Lufthansa for a long time, he had never worked as cabin crew before. He found the work interesting and sometimes hard, like when there were mistakes with the food.

He liked how the cabin crew and passengers were friendly, and he enjoyed helping them. Ritter said this experience will help him make better decisions as the CEO because he learned a lot by doing this job himself.
