Around Rs. 6 Billion Prize Money Fixed for Camel Race in Saudi Arabia

In the Saudi Arabian desert, a camel race was held with a total prize fund of more than 5 billion rupees.


A foreign news outlet reports that the race’s prize fund is more than $2.1 million, or 5 billion 95 million Pakistani rupees.


As the greatest race in the area, camel owners from all over the world are participating.

An exhibition about the history and legacy of the area has also been created in addition to the cultural activities associated with the camel race.


The inaugural Al-Ula Cup for camels kicked off on March 15 under the sponsorship of Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for Al-Ula Governorate.
