Talks between Italy and Pakistan have started on the “labour and labour force import agreement’ as signalled by the Ambassador of Pakistan to Italy named Jauhar Saleem, which included employing the competitive and skilled Italian job market to the local youth.
The third phase of the series of digital meetings, “zoom link”, was organized by Rome. The ambassador said; both countries become closer by current strong economic and trade agreements, and both will help foster such agreements. Ambassador added, “this agreement is most needed for the legal migration and exchange of legal workforces”.
Both countries have agreed to negotiate a labor agreement that will provide access to Pakistan of the Italian labor market, said the ambassador. Ambassador further added that the Pakistani embassy in Rome is working to provide legal assistance to Pakistani migrants, and ‘the workforce export agreement’ will create a link of opportunities for local skilled labor in the Italian market.
