In the history of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, for the first time a woman police officer has been appointed in an investigation wing.
A lady was serving in the capital law enforcement agency, Ayesha Gul was promoted to the rank of
superintendent of police and was placed as Assistant Inspector General (AIG) KP police.
Ayesha Gul has positioned as SP Investigation Peshawar.
Addressing with media, Ayesha stated that her new position is challenging, while she aimed at fulfilling the provided tasks.
She further associated as the cornerstone of the police department. Criminal investigation with the correct approach would help to prevent felonies and would also provide social reform in society.
