Captain of national team, Babar Azam joined Peshawar Zalmi and left Karachi Kings, owners of both teams confirmed on Twitter.
Javed Afridi, Zalmi’s owner tweeted that Babar has joined his franchise for the coming 8th season of PSL (Pakistan Super League).
Earlier, King’s owner had a farewell for Babar Azam who was the part of his franchise from last 6 years.
Karachi King owner tweeted, “I am so glad that you were part of the Karachi Kings family for six seasons. Thank you and all the very best Babar Azam. Bus ab Karachi ke against cover drives na maarna.”
