Babar Azam Retains Top Position in Lastest ODI Rankings

In the recent ICC rankings for One Day International (ODI) cricket, Babar Azam, the former captain of Pakistan, continues to hold the top spot among batters. He is followed by Indian players Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, and Rohit Sharma, with New Zealand’s Daryl Mitchell also featuring in the top five.

In the all-rounder rankings, South African player Kyle Abbott has made a significant jump, climbing 52 places to reach the 18th position. This rise comes after his impressive batting performance, scoring 69 runs in a single innings against the West Indies.

In the bowlers’ rankings, spinner Adam Zampa has moved up one place to secure the third position. He is preceded by Keshav Maharaj and Josh Hazlewood. Additionally, Australian player Sean Abbott has climbed 35 places to share the 33rd position, following a commendable series with six wickets to his name.
