Babar Azam’s Father Confident He Will Prove Himself in National T20 & PSL

Azam Siddique, the father of Pakistani cricketer Babar Azam, has spoken out in support of his son after Babar was left out of Pakistan’s T20I squad for the series against New Zealand.

Taking to Instagram, Siddique criticized former cricketers who have been questioning Babar’s performance. He pointed out that despite being dropped from the squad, Babar was still named in the ICC T20I Team of the Year, proving his worth as a top player.

Siddique expressed full confidence in his son, believing that Babar will prove himself again through his performances in the National T20 and the Pakistan Super League (PSL). He assured fans that Babar’s hard work and talent will help him bounce back stronger.

He also addressed Babar’s critics, urging them to reflect on their own careers before making harsh judgments. As Babar’s first coach and mentor, Siddique emphasized that he has every right to defend his son against unfair criticism.

The debate over Babar’s exclusion continues, but his father remains hopeful that he will silence his doubters with his performances on the field.
