The Sydney Sixers have launched a special fan zone called “Babaristan” to celebrate Pakistan’s star cricketer Babar Azam ahead of his Big Bash League (BBL) debut. Announced on social media with the tagline “A Fan Zone Like No Other,” the initiative highlights the excitement around one of the world’s most admired batters.
“Babaristan” aims to give fans a lively and memorable experience dedicated to Babar Azam’s remarkable cricket journey and achievements. Supporters will be able to join the fun when the Sydney Sixers take on the Adelaide Strikers on December 17.
The 15th season of the Big Bash League will run from December 14, 2025, to January 25, 2026, starting with an exciting opening match between the Perth Scorchers and the Sydney Sixers. The season promises thrilling matches and high energy as top players from around the world compete for glory.
