Balochistan Govt. Announces girl’s cadet college in Turbat.

According to sources, the Balochistan government has announced the establishment of a females cadet college in Turbat, with classes beginning in 2022.

Chief Minister Jam Kamal announced the establishment of a cadet college in Turbat and stated a grant-in-aid had been approved for the cadet college to get it up and running as soon as feasible.

The chief minister also approved the recruitment of 130 students for the college, which would begin classes in 2022.

General Qamar Javed Bajwa, the Chief of Army Staff, recently laid the foundation stone for the Cadet College Awaran in Jhao.

Cadet College Awaran will have a capacity of 800 cadets at first, with intentions to expand later. The college will include 300 cadets and faculty living quarters, and it will be built by Pakistan army engineers and completed in two years.

Separately, cadet colleges in Balochistan have lowered tuition costs by 40%, providing a significant financial respite to parents.
