Balochistan to appoint 1200 Teachers to cope with shortage of teaching staff

The government of Balochistan has approved the recruitment of 1,200 male and female teachers in various areas of the province to manage the shortage of teaching staff at government schools.

While talking to the media on Sunday, Provincial Education Minister Sardar Yar Mohammad Rind said that education is the provincial government’s main priority and the authorities are trying to provide students in the province with the best educational facilities.

Sardar Yar said that the shortage of teachers in public sector schools had a bad effect on the quality of education, adding that the provincial education department would soon start appointing 1,200 teachers with the approval of the provincial government.

While discussing the political situation in the region, he said that Balochistan’s resources have not been used properly in the past, adding that the province’s resources should be used properly and the government is working in this regard.
