The Bank of Punjab (BOP) has launched its Management Trainee Technology Program 2025, giving fresh graduates a chance to build strong careers in digital banking and new technologies. This program is aimed at training young professionals who want to help shape the future of Pakistan’s banking sector.
Who Can Apply?
Graduates with at least 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar engineering fields can apply. The degree must be from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Students who are waiting for their final results can also apply but need to submit their transcripts by August 31, 2025.
What Are the Requirements?
Applicants should have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4, or at least 75% marks. The age limit is 27 years as of the closing date. No prior work experience is needed, which makes this program a perfect first step for young graduates.
Areas of Training
Selected trainees will get to work in important areas such as AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Mobile Applications, Digital Channels, Data Analytics, Programming, and more.
