BMW Motorrad Introduces Four New Bikes in Pakistan

Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, the German automotive powerhouse, has released 4 motorcycles in various categories in Pakistan. On Saturday, their motorcycle branch, the Motorcycle BMW, was showing them in the showroom of Dewan Motors in Islamabad. At the ceremony was Dominique Simon, Head of the Economic Section of the French embassy.

The K-1600 GT, R-18 cruiser, 850 GS, and 1250 GSA are the new motorcycles. The following are their characteristics and prices:

The K-1600 GT is a tour category motorcycle with a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, six-cylinder, in-line engine producing 160 horsepower and 129 pound-feet of torque. It has a payload capacity of 454 pounds (205 kg) with a price tag of Rs. 8,970,000.

The R-18 has been designed and is sold for Rs. 8,238,750, a legacy category bike. It features a max. 91 horsepower, 1802cc engine and a maximum torque of 116 lbft, it also has a maximum.

The 850 GS is an adventure motorcycle with a tank capacity of up to 15,14 litres and an 853cc engine producing 90 horsepower at 8250 rpm.The engine has a torque of 63 lb-ft. at 6250 rpm, with the motorcycle price being Rs.5,118,750 for BMW Motorrad.

The GSA 1250 is a more powerful 1254cc adventure motorcycle that produces 136 horsepower at 7750 rpm and 105 lb-ft of torque at 7550 rpm. It is equipped with a larger tank of 29.9 litres and costs Rs.741,000.
