British Firms Encouraged to Invest in Pakistan

As part of a continuing series of events organized by the UK government to highlight new prospects, British companies have been encouraged to invest in Pakistan.

The webinar, titled “Doing Business in Pakistan,” was held on April 29, 2021, according to the details. It brought together three outstanding panelists who applauded the Department for International Trade’s assistance.

“Pakistan is an exciting market with a lot of potential for the United Kingdom. We have nearly 200 UK companies doing business in Pakistan, and that number is increasing every year,” said Olivia Campbell, the UK’s Deputy Director for Trade in Pakistan and the Panel’s Chair.

“By sharing the experiences of UK businesses that have found success in this area, we hope to inspire more British companies to consider Pakistan as a potential partner,” Campbell added.
