Broiler chicken prices declined countrywide on Monday, the fourth day of the workweek.
In the provincial capital Lahore, the cost of broiler meat per kg has decreased by 8 rupees at the retail level. As a result, the cost of broiler meat has decreased to 567 rupees per kg.
While farm eggs remained constant at 257 rupees per dozen, the cost of live broiler chicken dropped by 5 rupees to 378 rupees per kg.
