According to recent reports from Architectural Digest and The News, the world-renowned “Jeddah Tower” is currently under construction and is on track to surpass the Burj Khalifa in Dubai as the tallest building globally.
Anticipated to stand at a staggering height exceeding 1 kilometer upon completion, the Jeddah Tower will serve as a multifunctional marvel, accommodating corporate offices, luxurious residences, and upscale hotels, in addition to hosting the world’s highest observation deck.
One of the most striking features of the tower’s design is its distinctive “three-petal footprint,” meticulously crafted to enhance aerodynamics and minimize wind load, ensuring structural stability and safety for occupants.
In addition to its architectural grandeur, the Jeddah Tower will introduce cutting-edge vertical transportation systems, including a dynamic lift capable of scaling the skyscraper at an impressive speed of 10 meters per second.
As construction progresses, the Jeddah Tower stands as a testament to Saudi Arabia’s commitment to pioneering architectural innovation and redefining the skyline of modern cities.
