Mahmood Khan, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), has declared that khateebs’ salary will be increased from Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 21,000 across the province.
CM KP also instructed the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to identify all teaching employees serving on deputation in other departments and return them to their respective schools within one week.
He gave these directions while chairing the provincial Annual Development Plan (ADP) 2021-22’s first quarter review meeting.
