A Chinese investment group, Hexing Electrical Group, has shown interest in setting up Pakistan’s first factory for manufacturing inverters and batteries. This proposed investment is expected to give a significant boost to Pakistan’s growing electronics sector by encouraging technological advancements and creating new jobs.
In a recent meeting, Hexing Electrical Group’s Chairman, Liangzhang Zhou, met with Pakistan’s Federal Minister Abdul Aleem Khan to discuss the details of the investment plan. During the discussion, Chairman Zhou highlighted Hexing Group’s strong presence in global markets and their intention to establish a factory in Pakistan. Minister Khan warmly welcomed this initiative, emphasizing that Pakistan is fully prepared to provide a supportive environment for foreign investors.
This investment is expected to bring several benefits to Pakistan, including the creation of new jobs, an increase in exports, and overall economic growth. Minister Khan assured Chairman Zhou that the relevant ministries and stakeholders would offer full support to facilitate the establishment of the new factories.
