Confiz launches a brand-new initiative to empower tech talent in Pakistan with its Youth Career Coaching Program, aimed to provide career guidance to the youth in tech. The program’s agenda features an interview preparation guide, self-assessment to discover a career path of their choice, and setting S.M.A.R.T. goals to create a successful roadmap for execution.
The program is led by Samiya Khalid, Project Manager Bespoke at Confiz, and Asim Rahim, Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Confiz. The Confiz team is on a mission to coach graduate students in top-tier tech universities of Pakistan and prepare them for the professional world.
The knowledge students gain throughout their university lives while studying various subjects gives them a fair share of ideas about what sparks their interests. However, finding employment after education isn’t always straightforward. Graduates often make sudden career decisions without proper coaching, guidance, and planning. As a result, they either miss career opportunities or choose a path that doesn’t align with their interests and goals. Confiz’s Youth Career Coaching Program aims to help students discover their strengths, introduce them to unique career paths, and prepare them for the professional world and their career journeys ahead.
While talking about the vision for this coaching program, Samiya Khalid, Project Manager Bespoke, said: “Confiz’s Youth Coaching Program aims to help graduates smoothly transition into the professional world. Our program aims to equip students with the right knowledge to choose a career path that aligns with their interests and strengths to succeed in their professional and personal lives.”

Since it’s an interactive session, we have provided students with a safe space to express and navigate their fears related to choosing careers in tech and prepare for future employment possibilities, which they don’t get the opportunity to do in the fast-paced world we live in.
