On this World Education Day, Confiz, a leading technology company, made a generous donation to The Citizens Foundation (TCF), a non-profit organization that aims to provide quality education to underprivileged children in Pakistan.
Committed to corporate social responsibility, Confiz donated PKR 2 million to TCF school, Roshan Basti Campus, in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab. Confiz’s contribution to TCF on World Education Day reflects the company’s dedication to making a positive difference in the community. Moreover, it is a reminder of the importance of investing in education for a better future for all.
This donation is a powerful demonstration of Confiz’s commitment to investing in the future of education and making a meaningful impact on the lives of children in need. The Citizens Foundation plays a vital role in educating children from low-income families who otherwise would not have the opportunity to receive a quality education. In addition, this will help TCF to continue its important work in educating underprivileged children and creating a brighter future for them.
Currently, the Roshan Basti campus is providing quality education to 152 children, and the number of students is increasing yearly. With this headcount, the campus presently utilizes 84% of its operational capacity. The school follows a research-based 21st-century learning model for its young students. Children have emerged as independent thinkers with this model, which focuses on play-based learning, hands-on activities, and storytelling. Moreover, TCF follows a digital-first curriculum, providing students with in-school tablets in a peer-learning model.
