Cyclone Biparjoy has Started Hitting Pakistani Coast

Cyclone Biparjoy has reached the Pakistan coast and will fully hit the coastline within the next five hours. The first part of the storm has already impacted the Saurashtra coast and some ports in Jakhau. The center of the cyclone, known as the eye, has a diameter of 50 km.

Areas near the coast, including Kharo Chan, Shah Bandar, Jati, and Badin, are expected to be affected. It is currently raining lightly in Karachi, Thatta, Badin, and other areas. The Pakistan Army’s security forces are present in these areas to handle any emergencies, and residents have been relocated to safer locations.
