During Eid, The Kp Tourism Sector Added Rs67bn To Govt’s Exchequer

According to data, 2.7 million tourists visited the province’s Naran, Kaghan, Swat, and Galiyat districts during the Eid ul Adha holidays, bringing in Rs67 billion in revenue.

In a tweet on its Twitter account, the KP government’s information department endorsed the data.

It is worth noting that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government constructed camping pods at several locations to assist tourists during the summer season. The camping pods have been set up in ten tourist destinations to provide visitors to the country’s northern regions.

Thandiani, Sharan, Beshegram, Gabeen Jabba, Sheikh Badin, Mahabin, Yakh Tangi, and other locations provide camping pods. There are 26 camping pods in each location.

According to sources, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has collected an income of Rs67 billion as a result of 2.7 million tourists visiting the province during the Eid holidays.
