The official report published by Startup Pakistan (SP) yesterday regarding the customer’s feedback on DVAGO’s negligent behavior of not providing any chair to its security guards outside the pharmacy in scorching heat, went viral.
However, DVAGO gave a prompt response to this news and took immediate measures by providing chairs to all its security guards and also let them sit inside the pharmacy in order to avoid any mishap due to hot sunny weather.
DVAGO officially posted on social media handles that “We hear you loud and clear! DVAGO appreciates your considerate feedback.”
However, they also added that, DVAGO would like to assure you that we consider providing care to our community, our social duty and responsibility. We assure that the wellbeing of our staff is our priority. We promise to be responsive and careful about these matters in the future.”
Moreover, highlighting this matter on social media has let the brand to do its best for its employees. This prompt response by the brand has not only made the employees like the staff satisfied but all the people who were disheartened by the previous act are now showing their satisfaction and appreciation towards the brand via Facebook, Twitter and other social media accounts.
