Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, cleared the recruitment procedure in his company, which without his approval would be incomplete in any way.
Elon Musk informed the crew in the mail by saying
‘’No one can join Tesla, even as a contractor, until you receive my email approval.”
Elon made it very clear to his employees that they should see all the applicant requests first before sending them to me for further action.
Elon Musk is back to his position in Tesla after overtaking Twitter. He was not much involved with Tesla, and that resulted in huge damage to the company. Now that he has already hired an expert for higher positions at Twitter, he is back at his former company, Tesla, and is actively watching all the departments working and recruitment activities.
It is to be noted that no official statement has been generated to support this statement of Elon Musk until now; however, the statement is decided by the employees themselves.
