Elon Musk, the world’s richest man and the celebrity CEO of Tesla, now owns more money than Pakistan’s whole Gross Domestic Product (GDP). According to rumours, the entrepreneur is on his way to being the first individual to have a net worth of $300 billion.
The news resulted in the biggest amount of earnings in a single day in the Bloomberg Billionaires Index’s history. Tesla’s stock increased by as much as 13%. In the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Elon Musk is now about $100 billion richer than Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, who previously held the top spot.
His current net worth is $292 billion dollars. According to projections, Pakistan’s GDP in 2020-21 will be over $280 billion (at current market values), with a population of around 220 million people. Musk, the celebrity CEO, increased his fortune by $36 billion on October 25. This occurred after Hertz Global Holdings Inc announced that it had placed an order with Tesla for 100,000 electric vehicles.
