Dubai’s Emaar Properties has launched The Oasis by Emaar, A massive waterfront project costing $20 billion. It spans over 100 million square feet. It will be one of Dubai’s largest developments, offering 7,000 residential units focused on spacious mansions and villas. The project provides residents with scenic views of water canals, lakes, and parks. Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan also attended the launch event.
Oasis by Emaar
The Oasis by Emaar aims to create a resort style lifestyle, with 25% of the land dedicated to recreational spaces like lakes, water canals, parks, and jogging tracks. This focus on luxury amenities and green spaces promotes a high quality living environment and encourages an active lifestyle.
The project also features a 1.5 million square feet retail area, offering a variety of lifestyle options and food and beverage outlets. The Oasis by Emaar enjoys a prime location within Dubai, surrounded by upscale developments. It is located near four international golf courses, catering to golf enthusiasts. The project is just a 20 minute drive from Downtown Dubai.
Although the exact location was not disclosed, industry sources indicate that The Oasis by Emaar is near Academic City Road.
Emaar, one of the world’s largest real estate companies, holds a substantial land bank of 1.7 billion square feet in the UAE and international markets. Since 2002, they have delivered over 94,000 residential units. Emaar also boasts recurring revenue generating assets, including leasing properties and 37 hotels and resorts with 8,134 rooms. Their shopping malls, retail, hospitality, leisure, and international subsidiaries contribute to 37% of Emaar’s revenue.
