First Virtual House of the World Sold for More Than Rs.79 Million

As the global interest in virtual design grew, the world’s first NFT (non-fungible token), “Digital House,” sold for more than Rs79 million.

The virtual home built by Krista Kim, dubbed Mars House, was sold for 288 Ether ($512,000) on the NFT marketplace SuperRare.

As the popularity of virtual design grew, American interior designer Kelly Wearstler unveiled a virtual garage in the desert where she envisions basketball player LeBron James’ electric Hummer being stored.

Meanwhile, designer Marc Thorpe built a virtual house for a riverbank in Georgia with vaulted concrete arches.
