Three students from the Pakistan Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (PITHAM) showcased their culinary talents at the prestigious Battle of Chefs 2024 in Malaysia, returning with impressive gold and bronze medals.
Aisha Ali emerged victorious in the seafood category, earning a gold medal for her exceptional dish. Sehrish Ayub also claimed gold with her outstanding Chicken Main Course, demonstrating her culinary prowess.
Irum Sheikh secured a bronze medal in the Roasted Chicken Free Style category, highlighting her innovative cooking skills. Additionally, Fatima Sistan earned a bronze medal, further showcasing the talent nurtured at PITHAM.
Their remarkable achievements were recognized by Sindh’s Minister for Tourism and Culture, Zulfiqar Ali Shah, who commended their dedication and skill. In honor of their success, he announced a cash reward of Rs50,000 for each student.
This recognition not only celebrates the students’ hard work and talent but also highlights the quality of training and education provided by PITHAM.
