Gold prices experienced a dip in the local market today, 11TH August 2023 after facing a gain in price for 2 days.
According to the Karachi Sarafa Association, the rate of 24-karat gold settled at Rs. 222,400 per tola, lowering by Rs. 400. Similarly, the statistics revealed a decrease of Rs. 343 per tola in the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold, which is now at Rs. 190,672 per tola.
Simultaneously, 10 grams of 22-karat gold was priced at Rs. 174,783 per tola on 11th August 2023. In contrast, the rate of silver remains unchanged in the domestic market with the 24-karat silver maintaining its position at Rs. 2,750 per tola.
The price of gold in the international market also faced fluctuations, trading at $1,916.26 reflecting a 0.21% increase for the day.
