Applicants must complete their applications through NPU’s official online portal and pay an application fee of 600 CNY. Required documents include:

- Study plan (in Chinese or English)
- Health certificate and physical examination form
- Criminal record certificate
For postgraduate applicants, two letters of recommendation, an acceptance letter from a supervisor, and proof of research achievements are also required.
