Google has recently announced that I’ts going to invest over $7 billion in US in the year 2021 as to create new jobs for thousands of people as to help them and the country to recover from economic crisis that are brought up by the pandemic of COVID-19.
Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google stated that “I believe that a lasting economic recovery will soon come from the local communities as well as the people and other small businesses that will give them life,” and in this situation “Google also wants to be a part of this recovery,” as per Pichai.
He added that “This is the reason why we plan to invest more than a $7 billion in offices as well as the data centers across the United Stated and also to create at least 10,000 new Google jobs that will be full-time in the US, this year.”
