According to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), the Sindh government is launching a new public bus service for intercity and intracity travel.
He added that the PPP-led province government plans to start the project with 250 hybrid buses by the end of January 2022.
He made the announcement during a news conference held at Bilawal House in Karachi.
In September, the Sindh Cabinet approved the acquisition of 250 hybrid buses from China for the intracity bus project. Hyderabad, Karachi, Mirpur Khas, Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad, and Larkana will all be served by these buses.
