Govt Increases Petrol Price by Rs.1 Per Liter in Pakistan

The government has announced a rise in fuel prices, increasing petrol by Rs1 per liter. With this change, the new price of petrol is now Rs257.13 per liter.

Similarly, the price of high-speed diesel has gone up by Rs7 per liter. These new rates will take effect from midnight and will stay in place for the next 15 days.

The government regularly adjusts fuel prices based on global oil market trends and other economic factors. These price changes are meant to reflect the fluctuations in international oil rates and the country’s financial situation.

This increase in fuel prices may impact transportation costs and overall expenses for businesses and consumers. Many people rely on petrol and diesel for daily travel and business operations, so any change in fuel rates directly affects their budgets.

Authorities will continue to monitor global oil prices and make further adjustments as needed. The public is encouraged to stay updated on fuel price changes, as they influence the cost of living and transport across the country.
