Healthy Person Should Not Eat More Meat Than This in a Single Day

According to the Health Advisors, healthy individuals are allowed to eat 250 grams of meat in a single day to keep their health in check and avoid any health issues. While individuals with cardiac problems, diabetes, and those having high cholesterol must strictly consume up to 125 grams of Qurbani meat.

Health Experts have shared tips this Eid Al-Adha about safe quantities that can be consumed, the safe period for storing the meat in freezers, and the necessity to keep a balanced diet. Consuming vegetables along with salads, and walking after having meat dishes is emphasized.

Eating the brain, kidney, and liver parts of Qurbani meat is a trend every Eid, however, they consist of high amounts of cholesterol. Therefore, people especially those with health issues of the heart, hyper-cholesterol, and Diabetes must avoid consuming them.
