Eid Al-Adha is the best time for professional butchers to make some huge earnings. A team of Qasai usually consists of 5 – 6 members earning six figures overall. On the first day of Eid usually, the professional butchers have their schedules fixed such that people have to wait long hours.
On average, a team of professional Qasai earns an expected amount of 5 – 7 lacs during the three days of Eid. The expected earning is usually high on the first day and falls in the range of 3 – 4 lacs. The rates are lower on the second and third days of Eid.
These amounts vary depending on the location and animal. The prices are more for a cow and camel as compared to a goat. Moreover, the rates are high in posh societies.
